Exchange Policy

At Hot Peppers Clothing Co. our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness.

Regularly priced merchandise can be exchanged or in store credit within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to do full refund.

You must have the original or gift receipt with your order. All merchandise must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odours. Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoebox with the lid inside of the package.

All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are FINAL sale and CANNOT be returned for exchange or store credit.

Store Credit

With a STORE CREDIT you will receive an email containing a gift card code once your return has been processed. This gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).

Gift card funds are immediately available once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have depleted.

The gift card will be sent to the email on your order.

**Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. These items include earrings and undergarments**

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end. Exchanges may be subject to an additional shipping fee, paid by the customer.

Defective Item

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact hotpeppersales@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving for refund or exchange.
Defects must be reported before the items are worn or washed.

Items that have been worn or washed with not be accepted for exchange or refund.

If you do not contact us about the issue within the 7 days, we will unfortunately be unable to help you. Please make sure to inspect your items and contact us within this timeline.

Items are best cared for by washing in cold water and hanging/ lying flat to dry.
